Processes

manufacturing process
Skilled Georgian artisans curate high-quality milk and employ traditional techniques to create exceptional artisan cheeses. The crafting process is laborious and painstaking work. Flavours and textures develop through careful maturation, making unique and flavourful artisan cheeses.
packaging process
After the artisan cheese is crafted to perfection, it undergoes a meticulous packaging process. Each cheese is carefully wrapped and sealed to preserve its freshness and quality.
palletising process
Once the cheeses are expertly packaged, they go through the palletising process, where they are carefully arranged on pallets for shipment. This process involves stacking the packaged cheeses securely and efficiently to maximise space utilisation and ensure stability during transportation.
